Shipping & Returns

Sometimes things happen, but it'll get worked out. 

Below are the outlined steps for shipping a package from the studio as well as the return, exchange, and refund policy for Granddaughter Creative. 

Shipping

-Original pieces take up to 2 weeks for order processing and preparation for shipment.

-Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a receipt to the email you provided. Please include a valid email address so that tracking information can be emailed to you.

-Original pieces are upgraded to USPS priority mail complimentary by the artist.

-All other orders typically ship within 3-5 business days via USPS First-Class mail. Tracking is included. If you need it sooner, please select the "upgrade my shipping" option at check out. This upgrades the package to USPS Priority Mail.

-Pre-ordered items ship within 2 weeks from the date the order is placed. Any items in stock are sent out first, then pre-ordered items sent out separately when available. 
-Granddaughter Creative may offer a limited time promotion for free shipping during certain periods of the year. During these windows, the same shipping services apply as above, but they are complimentary instead of being charged with the purchase.

-Granddaughter Creative does not yet offer international shipping, but is working towards it for 2024.

Returns / Exchanges / Refund Policy

For Physical Products:
-If you received an incorrect order, don't worry! We ask that you promptly email us so we can ensure to process an expedited exchange for the correct items. 

-If an order is stuck in transit for an extended timeframe, undeliverable, or did not arrive, we ask that you await the full estimated delivery window that was initially provided when the shipment was sent out from the studio. (Upgrading to USPS Priority Mail has the benefit of detailed tracking but also guaranteed delivery covered by insurance.) Once outside of that window, Granddaughter Creative can file a claim with USPS for the original package and send out a replacement. 

-Quality is the priority in the making of Granddaughter Creative products. Should a product arrive defective or damaged, we will gladly accept the return or exchange the item with no additional charge. To process a return or exchange, please take a photo of the item upon unboxing and contact us within 7 days of delivery. In the case we are unable to replace the item, we will refund you for the item. 

-We are not responsible for damages that occur in transit, but will do our best to replace damaged products or offer a refund if a replacement is not possible. 
 

-Refunds or returns are offered for non-damaged/non-defective items that are unused and in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping. Please contact us within 14 days via email to begin the request. Return tracking number must be provided and item must be returned before refund or return can be fulfilled. 

-Eligible refunds can take 3-5 business days for processing once the item(s) are returned. Banks may have varying timeframes for the refund to reflect on the bank statement.

For Digital Products: 
Digital products such as e-books, digital guides, digital courses, digital workbooks, PDFs, downloadable or printable art, printable worksheets are not eligible for refunds or returns. Due to the nature of digital products no returns or refunds can be given.
